- Please securely package the product to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging, if available.
- Include a copy of the original purchase receipt or order confirmation inside the package.

- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns during transit.
