Step 5: Connect to Google or Facebook or key in your email address and create a password.

Step 6: Go to email inbox to activate account

There is no expiry date as being a member. However, continue to connect with us within a year through purchase or performing the activities listed to earn Bee Points. This is to ensure you are still active in our database to continue to get the latest information, promotions, Bee Points accumulation and enjoy the rewards.

Nut Points are only valid for 1 year from the time you achieve the points. We encourage you to use the Nut Points to enjoy the rewards.

After you redeem the reward, the reward will be kept in your account for 30 days. You have to spend the reward within 30 days. If not, it will expire and no longer be valid.

One reward is only applicable in a single transaction.

There is no minimum spending while redeeming the rewards in the membership program unless there is a T&C stated.

Rewards are not available to exchange for cash and refund for unused balance.

Make sure you've login your account and clicked "APPLY" the discount code.

You will receive a 15% discount voucher on your actual birthday. The voucher will be sent to your email account with a promo code. You can use the promo code to redeem anything in our Penang online stores. Just show our office staff the code in the email or key in the promo code while checking out from the online store.

Update your birthday date in your VIP account under Reward widget icon (Earn nut points > Celebrate my birthday > Key in your birthday date)
